Review guidelines

How we make sure reviews on LuckyBite are genuine, fair and helpful.

Real orders only

A review is only possible via a personal link the guest receives after a real order or after redeeming a LuckyBite voucher. One link is valid for exactly one review and 30 days.

No rewards for reviews

A review earns no discount or gift – positive or negative. Restaurants may not buy or dictate reviews.

Restaurants can reply, not delete

The restaurant can reply publicly. It cannot delete or change reviews, only report them if they break these rules.

What is not allowed

Insults, threats, discrimination, personal data (e.g. staff names, phone numbers), advertising and content unrelated to the order. Such reviews are hidden after review.

Abuse

Several reviews from the same device for the same restaurant are checked before publishing. Suspicious patterns are hidden.

Privacy

Only first name and last initial are shown. E-mail addresses are deleted after the review and never published.
